Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Missing or Delayed Shipments

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for missing or undelivered merchandise until 4 weeks have passed since shipment.

If your items have not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact us via our CONTACT page or email your name and order number to: orders@wearenations.com.

2. Statutory 14-Day Right of Cancellation

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

• How to cancel: Notify us via email within the 14-day window.

• Returns Address: Items must be shipped back to our fulfillment center in France.

• Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost and risk of shipping the returns back to us.

• Refunds: We will refund the purchase price plus the standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice (or proof of return shipping). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Exceptions to Cancellation

The 14-day right of cancellation does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom jerseys, phone cases).

• Products unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
  

• Digital content or services once performance/download has begun with your consent.

4. Our 30-Day Voluntary Returns Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return guarantee. You can return products within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

• Items must be complete, unused, and undamaged.
  

• Refunds under this guarantee: We will refund the purchase price only. Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded under this voluntary policy.
